On the 26th – 30th April MKS Group was represented at the annual Panalitix’s Accountants’ Conference (The PAC 2017) on the Sunshine Coast. Celebrating its 10-year anniversary this year’s PAC was, yet again, an impressive scene. The event exhibiting a vast social arena for accountants to network, share new and innovative ideas, gain insight from some of the best guest speakers around the globe and to obtain recipes for success from the leading accounting firms in the industry.
Every year The PAC reveals the winners in its long running award program, which is dedicated to acknowledging achievements and exceptional performance in the accounting profession. This year we are extremely proud to announce that MKS Group has been awarded with ‘Service Excellence in an Accounting Business‘! This award not only recognises that an accounting business provides consistent and outstanding customer service but also their ability to go above and beyond what any normal accounting firm would provide.
The PAC’s 2017 conference theme was ‘FOCUS’ – Follow One Course Until Successful. Not only was this theme promoted at the conference, it also encapsulated our path to centralise our business culture around our clients. As a business, like many others we’re continuously looking for a point of difference in the marketplace and found it by incorporating a customer-centric culture into our business model, which enables us to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. Our clients are at the heart of all decisions made at MKS Group and this year we have worked rigorously to benchmark our business performance on exceptional customer service.
